This property in North London was extensively refurbished and tripled in size as it sat on a generous sized plot of land. The works consisted of a new single storey side extension, double storey side extension to the left, double storey rear extension and a new roof structure with additional living accommodation. Internally the property was fully stripped and renewed with new internal floorplans, new central hallway, new glazing throughout, new carpentry, tiling, decorating, new electrical and mechanical fit out and six new bathroom suites.
