This project required us to strip out and renew the entire property including the new additional rear and side extensions as well as a mansard roof dormer loft conversion. Extensive renovation was carried out to this property in the heart of Balham with three new bathrooms, new internal room layouts, new internal wall mouldings and panelling, new carpentry, decorating, electrical and mechanical fit out and the use of Crittall doors to enhance the look of the property.
