This property was extensively renovated with the addition of a new basement with new water-proof tanking system installed, new glazing, extensive new internal layout to create open plan arrangement, new carpentry, decorating, electrical and mechanical fit out as well as a mist sprinkler system to pass Building Regulations for the new open plan layout without the need for an internal hallway.
